Elastic Training Bands - All participants will receive their own set of bands & we will use these extensively in the class, and they will become a staple of your training regime. They are super portable, which will allow you to get a great workout at home or when you're traveling!

Lower Body, Upper Body, and Trunk (core) Strengthening Routines - Not only we train you on these types of workouts, but we'll also show you how to put them all together to make a great, personalized workout for yourself when you're traveling or on the go.

Loaded Mobility - we will be taking our traditional mobility exercises that we do every day, and load them with bands, bodyweight, or the ground. This load gives your brain more input on what is going on around the joint, allowing for greater control, greater mobility, and creating an incredible amount of strength very quickly. It will also strengthen your connective tissue!

So…. Here’s a little Neurology for you: Circular Movement Patterns provide the highest amount of brain activation in one of its most important areas- the Cerebellum. Linear Movement Patterns actually inhibit the Cerebellum. That’s right! A lot of our “traditional” straight-line strength training exercises are actually shutting down movement centers in the brain! This is an added bonus from this kind of comprehensive strength training. You'll get stronger, more mobile, and a better brain!

Band resistance intensifies the focus and precision of mobility drills, helping you isolate and control what needs to be moving and what doesn't. Plus your muscles get a work out simultaneously! For the ever-elusive thoracic glide drill, the addition of the band is particularly helpful. It's perhaps the most compact and wide-ranging piece of exercise equipment to take with you on travels."
